Had a 3days 2night stay. 5mins driving distance from airport. room is big but poor maintenance. only 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 soap in the room, although we had a two bedded room. otherwise, receptionists and helpers were overall helpful. wifi only available the main lobby. hair dryer, iron and iron board, bathtub are available. easy to hunt for food as opposite road has lots of restaurant. breakfast in the hotel, soso.

Im a hotels hunter. I paid rm190 for the worse room, parking lot, smelly room & trust me i can sense its haunted. A 4 star WORSE hotel indeed. Luckily they have a nice bfst & cheap (rm11) for buffet per person. But Will never ever staying at this hotel anymore. Ever.

This is one of the most run down hotel outside of the town. Had bad experience in putting up at this hotel for two nights - the corridor to my room on 7th Floor are so dark at night and room amenities are shamefully poor. Some of the floor tiles on the ground floor in the lobby vicinity needed immediate attention. The lobby coffee house service are poor with sub-standard foods. Obviously the owner are not interested to spend additional investment capital for now. The only consolation is that you can buy fresh farm fruits (mangoes, papayas, guava or star fruits) near the lobby on the ground floor. To sum up for potential travellers - unless you have no other options of a hotel in this area, you may consider this 'cemetery hotel' just 3 minutes drive to the Kuching International Airport.

Room Tip: Make sure you request for room with walkways / corridor that are properly lighted.

I was attracted to the rate that they offer, and I ask my self this better be true no hidden "agenda".

The hotel stand majestically on a high end residential area base on the big house surrounding the big hotel. But when you step in the lobby you could smell on the air that the hotel are long forgotten and air in the lobby are a tale tell sign of desertion. Long gone are the glory from it first open up.

Enter the room, the old smell from the carpet under the bed. The Mirror / window are mold green in color blocking most of the airport view. The TV channel are limited. No sport, no movies. The bed linens look like it has not been change from the last occupant. The bath room are well design(thanks to the previous brand) The toilet bowl had water stain. the light in the bed room fused. No one seem to bothered.

Now the basement car park, What can I tell is that is dimly lit, creepy and wet. It suitable to be a scary movies set. Puddles of water are every where. Near the lift what it appear to be red pipe is leaking and presume it is a bomba water supply. The floor is wet and slippery.

By the way, the sole staff manning the counter the day I check in and I check out are helpful. Thanks to Ms. Canella. (hope i got the name right)

Room Tip: get a rooms near the lift and air port view

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. Hotel previously owned by four points sheraton, and now taken over by Century, they basically fired everyone and leave a handful of staffs only. Theres no security guard, no bellboy, one staff reception. No one manage the lobby, cars simply parked at the front entrance which make it difficult for customers to stop and unload luggage. Bellboy is non existence , you got to get your own luggage down, bring it yourself to check in and then bring it yourself all the way up to the room. The parking lot at the basement is badly lit, so dark you got to turn on Hi Light to be able to see better. The whole basement gave an insecure, eerie and zombie movie type kind of feel. Lift is faulty, it bring us down to Basement 2 when we want to go to the Lobby. Basement 2 was a complete pitch dark, total horror movie stuff. The hallway leading to our room was unattended. Dirty, dusty and look very old. Front desk receptionist gladly admit that its the stupid management fault that fires everyone which causes the management to run down, and accepted with total agreement my remark that the hotel is terrible. The room is still ok, except that the power sockets are unusable. Bathroom is as equally big as the bedroom space. We end up checking into Hilton hotel as soon as we check out the rooms and promised never to return again.
