We stayed in one of the treehouses facing the sea and we absolutely loved it. After reading mixed reviews, I was unsure whether to book or not, but I am glad that I did. To be on the safe side I only booked one night, but I would thoroughly recommend staying in their treehouses. We had an amazing setting and monkeys chattering away on our roof during the night, but that is part of the charm of a treehouse right?
There is no Wifi, except back at reception, but why are you in the jungle if you want to stay connected?
The room is spacious and better than expected. The resort itself is okay too, with activities, hikes and restaurants if needed.
There are only two negatives we found, firstly, it’s very hard to get a Grab taxi back to town. Secondly, because our treehouse was near the jungle pool, we had to endure the noise of groups of people screaming (very loudly for no obvious reason) whilst they were in the pool throughout the day. Luckily we were in and out, but it was still rather annoying.
Other than that, it was a great stay and a stunning experience.More
