If you are looking for the place to crashed in Petaling with cheap price then you are in the right place. Plus as a bonus of delicious breakfast of traditional malay cusine, India and Chinese menu.

But other than that, this hotel is full of flaws. First the location, since it is located in one-way road, you have to go around to leave or to approach the hotel by taxi. And the nearest train station you have to walk 15 minutes to get there. The closest activity interest is only the small mall of Amcorp Mall and nothing else.

I don't recommend this hotel for family or for vacation. But for staying on business matter around the Petaling area, you might want to consider it.

Not to mentioned the gloomy and old hallway and room. All the wooden furniture, plumbing in the bath room, even the bath tub are needed to be replaced for heaven sake! It took you more than 30 minutes to fill up the tub, and you can hear the water filling the closet tank for 10 minutes, I mean loud water sound, every time you flush the toilet. And the wash table drainage is very poor. At least that was what experienced in the room 1503...

You don't go to this hotel for the location, but the rooms are good. Newly renovated and spacey. Breakfast on the executive floor is a nice and quiet affair. Bed is firm and comfortable. staff is friendly.

Room tip: Pay the little extra for the executive floor. Quiet and private breakfast room away from the tour groups

Hotel needs to be revamped a bit to say the least as deco is quite faded and rooms need to be maintained more and room service menu has to be updated. Used the conference rooms which are average and normal.

Room tip: higher rooms for better view of pj town

Hotel in good but not convenient location for tourists unless you have business work in that area, shopping , food places far off need to use taxi. You have to use hotel taxi so there is a surcharge for calling a cab.
For taxis to drop off at that hotel is too difficult as they refuse , if they agree then overprice the ride.
Not much vegetarian choice in Brass Cafe.
Room comfortable with all amenities mini fridge , tea coffee with kettle with 2 bottles water free,
adequate toiletries, not many channels to watch.
There was a safety deposit box but it was not fixed to closet shelf inside, so possibility of somebody carrying the box with your stuff. ( to keep in mind )
I had to call housekeeping as it didnt work, who attended it & then it was okay.
The reception didnt keep room ready even till 3 pm, when check in is at 2 pm .
On questioning reply was not satisfactory.
Didnt expect this from a 4star hotel.
The bell boy was very helpful with luggage
