We stayed here two nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was quite big, it had a comfortable bed, a good bathroom and a safe.
There was no lift in the hotel, so it was a hard climb up the stairs in this altitude.
There were a couple of different areas in the foyer to lounge around in, the nearest to the reception has a nice wood heater, very cosy.
We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a central part of Puno and we walked to restaurants and a few other interesting sites, except when we went to the docks, the hotel arranged a rickshaw for us, lucky for the rickshaw peddler it was all down hill, he was an old local.
