For budget travellers/backpackers, this hotel will do. By the way, this hotel is now known as Hot Ola. Excellent location as it is at the city center. Walking distance to Burnham Park, Maharlika Center, Baguio City Market, Tiong San, etc. Why spend so much at that fancy hotel that charges P5,000+ per room when you can get a room here cheap. Rooms are old and drastically needs a makeover though. And I don't think they have plans of doing so. If you're not too squimish with stains on the sheets or old furnishings, this will do. Even their door locks seemed security risks so double check before you leave your room. If your room is on the 2nd floor and facing the street, make sure you lock the windows as well. Windows have no grills although the Abanao Square across the street has guards on duty so I guess thefts aren't much of a risk.

dirty. disgusting. there are cockroaches crawling on the drawer. no remote control for the tv. the linens were super old that you can still see the stains.. the bathroom was a total disaster. the sink was clogged. the walls looks like it has never been cleaned for centuries. bottomline. dont even dare to stay here. and make sure that if its panagbenga to reserve a room (other hotels) ahead of time so you dont end up in a hotel like this. such a waste of money.

Gracious Angeli Hotel has ended its service last 2009 I guess. It is now Ola Hotel and now under new management. I learned about it when I visited Baguio again in February 2012 and I went to check-in in the hotel but when I made a room check I went to Veniz Hotel instead. The hotel was great under Gracious Angeli. Now I do not know why it deteriorated that much and I was not surprised to read these very, very negative reviews. Maybe the management of Ola should do something.

location: one of the most convenient place in baguio. the hotel is located downtown area. its near everywhere malls, market, shopping center, wet market and etc. So near that you can hear the buzzling sound of baguio city. You leave the hotel without requesting for a taxi in the reception area because taxis are everywhere outside the hotel.

the room: bad.. as in very bad. the sheets are old. sometimes you feel that the sheets were not cleaned at all as if the next time i visit the place the sheet will be the same way you left it without any laundry.

Comfort room: tiles are in bad condition, the faucet is old and rusty. Good thing: lots of water.

price: cheap! :) this hotel is only good for those who are not hotel reliable. one who seeks adventure than comfort. the price is cheap so dont expect something grand!

wifi: forget about it, this hotel got 3 signals but useless.

breakfast: coffee that tastes like water. same menu everyday, its either hotdog and rice or bangus and rice.

don't be fooled by their reception area, which is really nice. Once you get into their room you'll get to see that your money is not worth it. The room is old, the bathroom is bad! the fixtures and tiles are chipped off, there are small cockroaches living in those crevices. I just hate everything about the room. Also the walls are thin, the fact that you will hear people from the other room talking. I just simply hate it. I checked out immediately after seeing the room.
