my boyfriend made the necessary arrangements, you have to book/make a reservation especially if you're planning to go on a holiday. the package includes the balsa ride plus food (love their fresh paco with weird looking shrimp that is endemic in the lake)

however, brace yourself as there are no decent shower rooms, nor transient house so you would have to trek back to the main road.

i just wish they would build swings or some sort of trapeze, and that should make the lake experience perfect.

I have long heard of Lake Pandin and loved the pictures of friends who visited the lake. So, one weekend we took time to really visit the place. We parked our car near the highway and walked a few minutes before we reached the lake. The road leading to the lake needs improvement and the thing is, it's not senior citizen friendly. But we enjoyed the bamboo raft experience and the food. We even had the chance to see the Lake Yambo in the other side of the lake.

Among all the seven lakes in San Pablo...this is the best. Actually I don't recommend visiting to all the 7 lakes...most are boring. Visit this one na lang....period! GREAT PLACE!

While every single Filipino focuses on the result of the Election last May 9, 2016, our group decided to explore Lake Pandin. We had fun planning for our upcoming activities while sipping our buko juice. Then at lunch we ordered their special combos and ate our baon. Overall we had an amazing time except that the comfort room is not that equipped with shower if you are planning to swim.

Lake Pandin is the cleanest lake among all the lakes in San Pablo City. It is evident on the fact that people are allowed to swim in it. The vegation around the lake is still thick and I like the fact that you need to do a little trek before you can reach this place. Aside from the beautiful scenery, what I like most about the place is the accommodating people, they were all smiling at their visitors. Another amazing thing is that the paddlers in Lake Pandin are women since their partners are doing the farm work.

We spent around 500 pesos each in this place for the bamboo raft and lunch.
