have reading other rewiews and had not so big expections, but get to se a very good show, the seals was very well trained and it is a lot of hard work behind to learn them all this, they have all ther personal trainer and seems to be happy and like wath they do, a high class show very much worth the money. the water is green, and not so wiseble trow the windows on the first floor, but its the same in the sea where they live in the wild, the shows take place in the second floor. If you are afraid to get little water on you dont sit in the first row. Someone wrote it smells fisch, not so strange when they eat hundreds of kilos with fisch every day and at least 20 kilo under the show.
Only minus is the size of the tank/pool it should be much bigger.

A nice show of seals, walruses and sea-cats in Murmansk city. It's close to the Alyosa War Memorial and absolute worth to visit.

The show consists of trained Greenland seals doing tricks in and out of the water. This is not a Sea World performance, but they do put on a very entertaining show. The seals appear to be well cared for by their trainers. They (the seals :) vary in age from 3 to 28, and up to 750 pounds. The venue is no more depressing than the whole city of Murmansk. Yes, the water smells a little, but no one in our large group seemed to mind. Children and adults can enjoy it.

Firstly, in regards to the animals, I believe those are all rescued seals and sea dogs that were injured by the large ships and unable to survive in their natural habitat. They seem to be well-cared for and each one has their own trainer who's responsible for them. I admit the interior is quite dated and a bit gloomy, not having changed much for the past decades. But the show is cute and sweet and children seemed to enjoy it. It's mainly focused on children so my husband and I, without any little one of our own, felt a bit weird, but we were glad to come.

This place is a shock! The smell is horrible, the water is so dense green and cloudy that you cannot see an animal that is swimming right next to the glass while you are downstairs. This place is basically an entertainment center for young children. The mammals are well trained, but they live in very small pens. The kids probably enjoy the entertainment, but the mammals deserve better living conditions. Be careful not to sit in the first row because you can get splashed with this horrible water.
