The sausages were excellent and the service was friendly. Slightly more expensive than other street-food joints, but the quality of the meat was good. The main minus for our group was the lack of local beer. The waiter told us that "nobody drinks Russian beer", so he's obviously missed the craft revolution happening in the country. Currently if I fancy a beer and sausage fix I'd recommend Farsh i Bochka, which also has excellent gourmet sausages, but with a much better drinks range. If they could fix this problem then Delovaya Kolbasa would be on to a winner. Nice touch that you can buy the sausages to cook at home. As a restaurant it's probably worth a 3-3.5 rating, but this option takes it up to a 4.
