Food 3 stars. Ambiance 3 stars. Service 4 stars. Found this spot while walking around looking for a place to watch the game. Got the steak, classic and other type. They both came out looking mostly the same. Prices aren’t too expensive. Waitress spoke some English and were helpful.

Never once did I experience such a AWFUL dining experience in any Volgograd restaurants or Cafes. During our first visit to this Cafe, there were very few customers inside, so the waitresses did show good service and put up a smile on their faces . But on the 70th Victory Day, the Cafe was full of customers and we were so glad to find ourselves an unoccupied table to dine in. However, due to some unknown stupid reasons, all the waitresses refused to take our orders and purposely walked past us even though we had waved our hands to them for more than 20 times. We wasted more than half an hour waiting at the Cafe, thinking that they might be too busy at the moment, but we were so wrong, the moment another group of Russian customers stepped in the restaurant, the waitress IMMEDIATELY rushed to their table and took their order! And yeah, only then we know how racist this restaurant is, yeah we are foreign students who study in Volgograd, but so what, we did pay good money for your food and is that the way you serve your customers?! Just because all your chefs are busy preparing food for the overfluos customers, u had no right to ignore us, making us waited for nothing at the restaurant for more than half an hour!!! A Russian gentleman sitting next to our table is kind enough to call the waitress for us, but your no-manner-waitress told him "сейчас (means 'a moment') and didn't even care for us after that. A restaurant well decorated with Artistic deco, but inside it was a bunch of rude, racist, unethical no manner workers!!! If you didn't mean to serve us, please AT LEAST approached us, explained well or even just asked us to leave directly, instead of pretending u didn't see us sitting there, waving hands to you for so many times and don't ever ray to roll your ugly eyes on us again. you looked awful! This is the worst attitude ever!!!

Great food and wonderful service. We enjoyed our first meal so much we came back for another. From starters to dessert you will have a winner with every order. Enjoy the art and hand crafts throughout the cafe.
