Average Hotel Stayed there for two weeks. Conditioner did not work at the lobby. So by the time I sorted things at the reception, I was already sweating like a pig. Staff has 0 English, used translator. After first night I had to move next day to a different room because they said they made a mistake with my booking. Gave me room with no window, even that I paid for Deluxe room. Was arguing for hours and than called my booking agent, luckily he sorted out at (hotels.com) and staff at Hotel apologised and again stated they made a mistake and sent me to a room with window. Tv was flickering so couldn't watch it. Attended breakfast only once due to large queues and not a lot of food to choose (noodles,porridge,eggs) Tea and Coffee no juice no water or milk. Breakfast located on the roof and there is no restaurant, they bring it from somewhere else. No karaoke, night club or casino as stated by many booking agents.
Area is very good with lots of food to choose from. After 1 week room service stopped changing bed sheets and I was always bitten at night by some bugs.Found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. So if you are staying less than a week its ok, otherwise I recommend to overpay a bit extra and choose a different hotel, I recommend Henry Business Hotel where area is not that good but service is outstanding.
