The Pullman Hotel at Guangzhou International Airport was great. The room was large and clean and gorgeous and had everything I expected for the most part, including universal power outlets. My only complaint is the size of the hotel. Like the Airport, the Hotel was so gargantuan as to be inconvenient, so much so that the “executive suite” wing is totally separate and far from the main lobby and shuttle service. I actually got lost trying to find the main lobby. There’s no way to fix this except with better signage to direct guests in that wing to the main lobby or have a staff member servicing the “executive wing” lobby (there was no one there when I reached it.)

It is very important for us to install in all our Guest rooms enough universal power outlets and all our Guest Rooms are European standard and have the Pullman bed which is huge for one person.

For your question about the direction our helpful team is always willing to show you the way as you are right for our executive Wing you need some direction.

We also will implement more and better signage to make it easier for our Guests to find there destination.

Highly recommended hotel to stay in, esp. if you have an early morning flight to catch. Though price point is rather on the higher side (as compared to other hotels in Guangzhou that I’ve stayed in), it is mere 5 mins walk from Baiyun Intl Airport.

Modern contemporary and cosy interior with a luxurious en suite bathroom. Check out the pics! Comfortable bedding with a good breakfast spread.

Our location is more than perfect it takes you 30-seconds walk from the Exit 11-14 walk through the covered walkway towards the hotel and don’t forget to look out for our white golf buggy which helps you with your luggage.

Yes, you are right all our Lobby and Public areas are designed with modern contemporary and cozy interior together with our luxurious suite bathroom together with our famous Pullman Bed to give you a super comfy rest after a long flight.

Also, our new Breakfast set up is just delicious and all or guests enjoy the wide variety of breakfast dishes.

When you come back next time don’t forget our Touch Spa at the third floor West wing with our amazing Swimming pool and Fitness lounge which is open from 6:00am in the morning till 22:00pm at night.

We had a 9 hour layover in Guangzhou from NYC to Kota Kinabalu so we thought spending that time at The Pullman would be good. Well it hasn't been good, it's been GREAT!

From the moment I called for my booking the customer service has been out of this world wonderful! I had to email them for some specifics because our flight got in at 5am and they worked out an accommodation for us & met us at the arrivals terminal with a sign then drove us to the hotel.

The hotel is immaculate. The staff is extremely professional and go out of their way to help you. They didn't speak much English but got by enough :)

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The pool was lovely and such a great way to revive your body after a 15+ hour flight. I had a massage at the Spa by Angelina who was bloody brilliant! She was a bit tough but it's exactly what my body needed. I've had massages all over the world and this one was one of the best.

Truly a fantastic experience! Staying at the Pullman made our long unfun layover into a pleasurable experience!

Thank you to the staff for a job well done!

Our Pullman Philosophy is very easy “Feel welcome feel Home” that’s why our team is very dedicated to be professional from the arrival to the departure of our guest journey.

We have many guests who stay with us during stop over and enjoy there stay to relax and hop on to their next destination.

For our team we will also introduce our new English Training sessions to get better in English dialog with our Guests.

We stayed here on night as part of China Southern's transit hotel program. Extremely easy, great location across from terminal. Very good service...we had a problem with the safe in our room and literally they had 5 people on it and resolved within a few minutes. Really pretty hotel, would stay again, definitely.

Your right we are perfect located across Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport it takes you only
1 Minute by walk from the main terminal Exit 11 + 14 to our Pullman Hotel.

Don’t forget when you come from the Arrival Hall please use the escalator and go up one level then go left and ask at Information desk for exit 11 + 14 for our Hotel.

I think most of the bad reviews are fist time China travelers. Yes you have to put a deposit down, yes check in takes an eternity but that happens at every hotel I've been to in China.
Its legitimately clean (at least as of June 2018). The bed is relatively soft western style. Internet access is easy and relatively fast. There are a few western channels to watch on the TV. Shuttle is frequent and easy to the airport if you're flying out of Terminal 1, its also an easy walk to Terminal 2. Just look for the steps to the left by the parking lot to get up to the terminal walkway. Otherwise you'll have to play frogger across a busy street.

All guest rooms have the Pullman Bed which is super comfy and many guests love it.

Thank you for your comment about the Internet access is easy and the fast because this is very important as all our guests need our free WIFI.

By the way the Terminal 2 is open already so when you arrive at T 2 our team stand by at Exit gate 46 to pick you up and we have a bus routine which is rolling every 20 minutes 24 hours to bring you to our Hotel main entrance.
