We came to the hotel from Niseko. The bus does not stop at this hotel. However. the bus stopped at Sunroute and it is about 300m away. Easy to get to the hotel.

Check in was strictly enforced at 3pm. Hence, we were not able to check in upon arrival. However, this is fine as we left our luggage at the concierge and went out for the rest of the day.

Range of teas, brush, cotton wool are between the counter and the lift. You can collect what you need before going up to the room. I like this concept because we seldom use the items and it is good that we can choose what we need and not waste the items. Detergent was given to you at the check in counter if you like to wash your clothes during the stay.

Room size is as expected. Clean and neat. Safe is in the drawer. Pretty nice and decent. Toilet is a little small but its alright. Great that they have a washing machine. Though we did not use it, it is a good option if we were to stay again.

Location is great. It is walking distance to the Tanokikoji Street (covered walkway shops), near Parco, near the Odori Park. We even walked to Daimaru which is maybe 15-20mins walk. There are some shops to look at on the way so it is an easy walk. Loads of food nearby. Great options.

There is no cleaning of room. They will clear the garbage daily and replace with clean towels. No making of bed. Not a problem for us.

Given the price we pay, the room is pretty decent and clean. Location is good. Recommended to stay.

The location was good and the size of the room was considered ok for Japan standard.
However, we were rather disappointed in the housekeeping and the staff ability to converse in english. The cleaner left the toilet rubbish bag on our room table (see pic). We immediately called the front desk staff to come up take a look. Due to language barrier, the staff initially thought we left the rubbish bag on the table & wanted the staff to come & clear. She then informed that cleaning requires extra charge (ie: to remove the rubbish bag on the table). After explaining a few more times, she then understand that it was the cleaner’s fault. She apologised once, took the rubbish bag and left the room.

Although I saw a lot of similar rave reviews, I just felt I had to endorse them all by repeating similar comments. Fantastic location. Large room for its price. And can you believe it? ... there was a washing machine with dryer *inside* the room! That's something we never saw in our travels, except in service apartments and homestays. And the hotel very kindly allowed us to keep our luggage for 6 nights, when we only stayed 1 night, as compared to another hotel which didn't when we stayed 3 nights. The first night we went to the wrong Tokyu Stay Sapporo, so just be aware not to make the same mistake, which was a tiring affair lugging our luggage !

Fantastic location in the heart of town, near food and shopping. Service was excellent as was the "mini bar" of amenities in the lobby. The room has a washing machine/ dryer which was a godsend. Would definitely stay here again

Love the size of Tokyu Stay's room...more reasonable than most Japanese hotel, and there are always washing machine and microwave oven.

This Sapporo hotel is conveniently located with Subway and tram lines nearby. There are also lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Although if staying for fewer than 7 nights they won't clean the room but they still offer new towels, pajamas and clear your rubbish bin.
