You should check the bundle ticket offering during your visit. They sometimes offer some savings if you buy it together with the Tempozan ferris wheel or other attractions within the area. You can buy ticket online or you may buy it there. There is a line but it does not take very long. The staff are very efficient.
The whole family can enjoy the experience as there are ample seating areas in case one gets tired. It is very educational for the whole family.

Definitely worth the trip. We spent 3 hours in the aquarium, we lucked out and was present during the seal feeding. The main attractions are the seals, dolphins, and penguins. In their main tank they have the whale sharks which are quite huge. We enjoyed the aquarium and even in a crowded day, it didn’t feel too crowded as they do a good job at spacing the exhibits. They also have a petting area where you can touch the animals. Overall, it’s a great place to visit for children and adults.
It’s a bit of a walk front the subway, so be prepared to walk and follow the signs to the aquarium.

We enjoyed this very much. Very large. Expansive and informative..
A bit of a labyrinth layout so be sure to catch all the halls. Outstanding jelly fish exhibit area.
Catch the whale shark feeding if you can.
Look for the Kaiyukan ticket deal which includes admission and an all day rail pass. We got ours at our hotel.

Thank robert s

It is a BIG one.You need at least 4 hours This aquarium is better than the Singapore Aquarium . Well nicely displayed and if you think of a spices and it will be there for you.And there is Sting ray fish (Fish with a long tail , this species tail use for the Whip punishment), you can touch and feel the fish there.
You need to fold up your stroller for the big escalator at the beginning but then after that it’s pretty pram friendly. There is a nursing room (shared room for women only) and baby change facilities on the 6th floor

One of the best aquarium in the world. Very vast collection of sea fish and many other marine animals. They re-create several habitats accordingly for specific species, including antartica, Great Barier Reef, Pacific Ocean and deep sea zone. This is great site for children but also fun place for adult.
