Stayed a night here. The biggest room we have ever stayed in Japan. Room was clean and nice. Staffs were very nice and helpful. The day we left its was raining quite heavily, we borrowed 9 umbrellas for all 9 of us to the tram station which is less than 5mins away. I had to return all the umbrellas to the hotel and needed to walk back to the tram station, one of the staff came along with me so he can take back the umbrella. It's this kind of gesture that makes us feel good even though he don't have to do it. While we staying here, there were cruise ships on both days. Hotel is by the port. Convenience store just outside the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Hotel do not provide bottled water. Coffee and tea were provide in room.

Check in was fast, uncomplicated and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Our view was nothing special, but everything was fine. It is a Crowne Plaza, part of IHG, so our expectations were managed from the beginning. The staff was nice and helpful and it was an uneventful, pleasant stay.
The hotel has free parking and it is also near the cruise terminal.
I would stay there again.
Also, just a general comment... the Nagasaki airport is very far away from town so budget at least 1 hour from airport to hotel

The main issue you might have with this hotel is the cruise ships that dock nearby and disgorge large numbers of visitors for nearby attractions. This also ruins any view of the harbor that you would otherwise have. Other than that, the room was relatively roomy even by US standards, and breakfast was very nice. Dinner in both the Japanese/Chinese restaurant and the French restaurant weren't particularly memorable.
