I will be as honest as i can in this review without trying to offend anyone! It is a beautiful hotel , Very new , everything shining and polished , all the staff in uniform , and as perfect as it looks like in all the photos. The food on offer her is so delicious and the breakfast buffet is HUGE!!! The pool ans spa and gym and all the rooms are exactly how they appear in the photo's , which again is perfect. it was a very comfortable hotel , with all the extra perks that you could wish for! The only problem , and i consider this to be a big problem , is that 3/4 of the staff seriously cant speak english . I'm not being racist , or snobby and i know that i am in another country and not in Australia, but they seriosly could not communicate with you . i am sure that they are lovely people , but it was really frustrating , that they just dont understand you , and i dont understand them . i remember calling maintenance and telling them of a leak in my shower , which turned out to be something miniscule , but when the maintenenace person turned up to my door , (a) he had no idea of what he was doing at my door , they must have just told him to come and fix a problem in my room , and (b) trying to explain to him the problem , was next to impossible! Also there is a great lack of communication between staff , and i think that this is because it is such a large hotel , with a high volume of guests and staff , so i kind of understand that this is in some ways unavoidable. Location wasn't so bad , there where a couple of big malls close by , and then it was probably a 10 minut taxi ride ti the centre of town , costing about 15 ringit!! ( $5) All in all , i would stay here again because it is such a nice hotel , with really nice food , and hey , when you are on holidays , you really dont want much more than that!!

Its a new hotel with great rooms and nice facilities. Location is a disadvantage as its slightly far from the heart of the city. I did not have a pleasant experience as my bathroom's shower knob was broken and I discovered this after I had turned the shower on. Even though the management gave me a complimentary upgrade after my complaint, that glitch is the only thing I remember about my stay.

Difficult to find anything to fault.. On a par with the, also excellent, Hilton KL. Everything new and taff are particularly friendly. Rates are also currently very good. Would defiinitely return.
Resturant buffet is outstanding even compared with high standards in many KL hotels

Great hotel, rated 3/5 for sleep quality due to noisy air con. Kept me awake on the first and kept hubby awake 2nd night! Had the maintenance guys check it out but they said it was just the fan so couldn't do anything about it...and foam pillow was a bit too high so made it a little bit uncomfy.

Great public transport access, just cross the road via overbridge, walk about 1 min to LTR station, and only one stop to KLCC shopping mall. TAxi's didn't cost much either, only 15 ringitt from Hotel to Pavilion on the way there and 6 ringitt on the way back...not sure if first taxi driver ripped us off or not as with KL roads, most of them are one way. Oh well still cheap as chips!

Snobby dude at the counter...wasn't the friendliest but the chicks were all very nice... when checking in, go to the ladies!! Much more bubbly.

We paid $300 ringitt per night which was a bargain! with Breakfast included.... Breakfast was really good with a really big selection of chinese, malay, indian, european and lots of pastries... yum yum!

Would definitely go back!

Rooms were spacious and modern. The morning breakfast is one of the best in the world - a can't miss. Staff very friendly. Roof lounge for happy hour was full of spectacular views. Free internet. You can get all the amenities (breakie included) if you are a hilton gold+ member I believe
