The service in Royal hotel treat eveyone like family during quarantine time , i was pleasant that i step in here , i from jb . Each of them are very responsible and given good service to eveyone . Very well done . I will be travelling agian and select this hotel as my preferred.

The 14 days of isolation had been so much more bearable thanks to the staff in Hotel Royal KL. They do their best in ensuring everyone’s need is catered for. Am really impressed with their patience, their care and their professionalism.

The room is clean and comfortable. It is also spacious enough that I don’t feel trapped. Also, having to work from the hotel, the WiFi is working superbly well.

Thanks again to all staff in the hotel. Will definitely come back one day when the world goes back normal again.

I was quarantines in this Hotel for 14 days, during this period i feel enjoyable due to flexibility of Hotel management to fulfill our request.

Credit to Hotel Management teams especially Mr Sazrul.
Really appreciate their cooperation.

Great service been provided during quarantine. Staffs are willing to help and kind . They are very patience to the requests from customer. All requests have been solved in short period of time. I am willing to stay in this hotel again in the future.
