We have stayed here for a week. They staff specially Kim from the front desk, the waiters and the guards were very friendly. They always greeted us and made sure to help us out on getting a cab. It was overall a great experience but we have noticed a few concerns. The food was very tasty, but not too much to choose from and a bit expensive. They hotel entrance, pathways and room were clean and decent but their heater was quite hard to manage. We could also hear the noise from the kids outside the pool from our room. The pool was also clean and with an okay size, but an extra child needed to pay a certain fee for using the pool. It was quite weird, same as issuance of stabs for breakfast and for swimming. I have never experienced that before in other hotels. The wi-fi was very slow! We will definitely come back! Thanks guys!

Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. My son loves the swimming pool, which can be used for free, of course. Basic food choices on their free buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Just advise them if you are not comfortable with strong scents, the room smells overly good.

Excellent service. All staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is walking distance to SM Sta Mesa We have buffet breakfast, for extra person the buffet cost 199 pesos only. The room is big enough for us. Swimming pool is great. I'm always happy to return here!

Terrible service! Our agency originally booked hotel rooms good for 4 people and on the exact minute we got there, we had to wait for an hour just to know that they were fully booked; pretty sure they knew we were arriving at that exact hour. Let's look up 'reservation' on the dictionary shall we? And there's more:

1. There was one specific staff member in the front desk who had the most terrible personality. She put down the call on my friend while she was explaining a situation.

2. Occupying the rooms good for 3 and 5 were the alternatives they got for us. By that, they meant 1 queen sized bed and 3 hospital-like beds that would barely even fit the room.

3. They promised to transfer us all into our original package (the 4 per/room) as soon as other stay-ins checked out. When they informed us that a room was available we instantly told them we were taking it. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into an hour and when we made a follow up call they informed us that they were fully booked. That same rude staff member suggested that we take a shower by the pool side if one restroom could not accommodate each and every one of us in the room. (I have never heard such bogus my entire life!)

From carrying hospital beds to dealing with intolerable personality, we endured all this for 6 days straight topped with 4:30am-11:00pm tours.

As much as I want to give this hotel a zero, one point goes to the accessibility of the location to a nearby SM mall and food stalls.
