When I booked a Premier Twin for a humble price, I was expecting a small and very simple hotel especially the lobby. I was quite surprise with the classy lobby that greeted us and a singing band at the bar facing the entrance. Checking in was quick and the room smelled fresh and clean. Bathroom was also very tidy and the water pressure was strong, even though management advised of possible water interruption the following day. What we don't like was the A/C leak that's dripping right in the middle of the room. We had it checked by maintenance and after adjusting something, there was still a bit of water coming out of it.
Breakfast was average, but we noticed that staff do not interact with guests too much and they avoid eye contact at most time. It was supposed to be until 10:30 am but they started removing food at 9:45 and 2 guests who came at 10 am was complaining that there's no more food served. After breakfast, I requested to see other room types as I was curious. One staff showed us the Junior Suite and I really liked it spacious and with jacuzzi. Overall, I would consider staying here again for their affordable rooms however, I suggest they re-train staff for warm hospitality.More
