DO NOT stay here under any circumstances! The hotel is absolutely awful. We arrived here 3 days ago and were horrified by the place. The reception is an unwelcoming first impression and the staff were unhelpful & didn't speak much english. We were shown to our room which was downstairs and by a grassy area at the front of the hotel. The first thing about the room was the awful smell of damp, the room was tiny with two twin beds and hardly any room to move around. It was dark, dingy with cracks on the wall and it looked & felt like a prison cell. The man on reception said that this was an economy room but to be quite honest I'd rather sleep outside than risk getting some sort of infection or illness by staying and eating here. The communal areas and bar were not appealing and the whole hotel looked nothing like the photographs we had seen on the internet. I immediately got onto my hotel provider to get them to give us an alternative hotel. Within the hour we were in a taxi to a proper 4 star hotel and our holiday could finally begin. The guy at reception had the audacity to get me to write down why I was disatisfied with the property when I said I was leaving and even questioned me when I said it was dirty. It rates itself as a 4 star property but I wouldn't even rate it with any star. The Worst Life Hotel. Do not stay here in any circumstance whatsoever!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and were greeted by 2 members of the hotel reception staff. One of them took us to our room. We weren't offered any water or anything to eat, which I do understand the food side given the time however it was extremely warm and we had a long journey from the airport, there was no complimentary water in the room fridge either, which I expected given the all inclusive package.

We were shown around the room, which took 30 seconds as it's quite basic. We were not shown how to use the shower, which proved quite difficult when we did use it as it took some time to get on!

The rooms are sufficient. They do appear larger in the photographs provided by the hotel, but it done the job nonetheless. There is a safe within the wardrobe, a fridge which would probably fit 2 litre bottles of water at a push, and a television with one English language channel (BBC World News, I know you don't go abroad to watch TV but for background noise while getting ready, music etc). There is no kitchen area in the room, not even a kettle. So if you like your morning tea or coffee be prepared to wait until 8am for breakfast to open! Even the coffee machine at the pool bar was turned off at night!

The hotel location itself is a double edged sword. It is in a great location in terms of local bars and restaurants. However it is located right on the top of Bar Street. Previous reviews had indicated it would be loud, as expected. However it is far beyond that. The local bars and clubs begin BLASTING music at around 5pm up until around 5am. So do be prepared for a LOT of noise.

We stayed all inclusive. Which is what we did get, however there are many flaws to the structure. Water - which I'm sure everyone is aware can only be drunk when bottled as their tap water is contaminated - was not available from the pool bar or freely available except for a water cooler and plastic cups.

The food was varied except for breakfast, which was the same selections of meats and cheeses, and hot options daily. I couldn't tell you what the hot options were for any meal time as there were no English translations, which may prove problematic for vegans, vegetarians etc.

Lunch and dinner are of a similar routine, the areas wherein they are served are nicely presented and clean, however the food did not vary greatly.

The drinks are quite frankly obysmal. There are spirits available, which are incredibly diluted, and Tuborg lager and wine. Any other drinks on the menu are an extra cost, even when all inclusive!

The staff are very friendly, despite the excessive language barrier. I completely respect that we are visitors in their country and they are under no obligation to speak English but it does prove difficult at times when trying to order a drink etc. One of the receptionists used Google Translate when we tried to talk to him! One of the girls that worked at the pool bar (the staff don't wear name badges so I couldn't get her name) had a decent understanding of English and was extremely nice and helpful :)

The pool area is the saving grace of the hotel. It is impecibly clean, the staff are seen cleaning it every morning, there are plenty of beds and seating areas available and it is peaceful when the music is not too loud!

To sum up the cons of the hotel:

- Far too noisy
- No kitchen amenities in the rooms
- Language barrier can be tricky
- Food is a mystery as there is no translation

Also, as much as it may be a timing issue, it's worth noting that when Ramadan ended, the hotel was inundated with Turkish people, which is fine however the hotel did sway in their favour a lot, and in all honesty then can be rude and ignorant people. That proved to be a dampener towards the end of our holiday, so much so we went out first thing in the morning and only returned to get changed.

I would HIGHLY recommend the boat trip to Kos, absolutely beautiful place!

I would NOT recommend the boat trip where you stop off at different places, it's incredibly misleading - the boat stops at a few different places in the water and you're given the opportunity to fling yourself into the water. Also several drinks are not "all inclusive" as promised. We got our tickets from Roy's Bar on the beach, so avoid!

I'd also recommend Smiley's Bar, just along from the hotel, lovely staff and a great atmosphere!

Arrived here at 3am to the music pounding. We had already read the reviews so expected this and did not bother us too much (bring earplugs!). We were taken to our room, not offered any refreshments or anything like that.

The room was clean and tidy, good size, no complaints at all. We noted a small leak in the bathroom further into the holiday but again caused no problems for us. Cleaners came in, and changed bedding and fresh towels and toilet paper etc. Cleaners very friendly.

The pool itself and the area is very clean and very nice. Plenty of sunbeds, no signs of dirt anywhere. Is about the only saving point for this hotel unfortunately.

The bar, well, on all inclusive holiday you can have vodka that is watered down so much it actually tastes like water, or gin which is the same story, white wine, red wine or tuborg lager. Found this really shocking, not that me and my partner are heavy drinkers, but if you drink alcohol then prepare to be disappointed. On a plus there is soft drinks, fruit juices are not nice.

Food.. the breakfast I do not know how anyone could say there is a good choice or how it is good. You can have stale cereal, hard boiled egg, or some cheese. Lunch is not as horrific, some days there were some good choices, but nothing was labelled so was hard to guess what some of it was. Dinner was nearly always a miss for us, we went out most nights as just none of it appealed to us, it was all curry type things but no explanation as to what it was. And we are not fussy eaters either. We met another English couple who couldn't eat one meal here.

The staff are mostly kind but again most struggle with English so can be hard. The guy in the dining room is a real nice guy and tries really hard to help, as does the guy behind the bar and there's a woman who speaks good English who is also lovely. I can't tell you any names as no one wears badges!

When we arrived there were only 4 other people at the whole hotel, so was quiet as anything. When more people started arriving they were all Turkish, which meant that all the food and music turned further away from English which was a bit difficult. The only plus was that as more people started turning up they started doing the snack times that they state on their board.

On to the positives..

The room had a lovely view!

There are tortoises, cats and a rabbit.

The hotel is perfectly situated to some great places to eat and drink, and a shop that has everything you could need.

Beach is really close and if you can't manage the walk a taxi is 10lira.

On my birthday the chef "abdullah" made me a beautiful cake handwritten, it must have taken him ages it was lovely.

The hotel could be really nice, I personally think it's more suited to Turkish people as that what is seems to be aimed towards. I wouldn't go all inclusive as the drinks are rubbish and there are so many wonderful places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

I would not come to this hotel again but it's a good base for exploring the town. I wish I had known this before booking as we went to some lovely hotels for dinner here which we would much rather have gone to!

There are lots of things that other people may not like about this hotel but I loved it ! I loved the location, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the public areas and immaculate swimming pool, the turtles on the lawn, the amazing roof top dining room with magnificent views, the fresh cooked pizzas lunch times served by the pool. Noise from night clubs the main problem. However to all fellow tinnitus sufferers this is the place for you ! The endless loud music played all day in the hotel and the even louder music coming from surrounding clubs at night until 5 am is a sufficient distraction to make you forget you’ve even got tinnitus! Sleep well, my husband did

I had to stay just one night, I didn't expect that much yet it was a disappointment. It was not clean, the shampoos were not full. I even found a cigarette pitch in the toilet. It was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was also not that good.
