Fabulous, succulent filet mignon. Fantastic smoked trout appetizers, tremendous selection of on site craft beers. Great Service and Absolutely worth every penny for the quality of all the menus items. I highly recommend.

We stopped here on our way into Lancaster. The restaurant itself is truly charming. The decor is period and feels really authentic. We sat in a private booth which was perfect with a small child. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also tried the beer from the adjoining brewery and it did not disappoint.

What a little gem of a restaurant. I have been to the Antique Mall, Wonderful Good Market. (I was in cheese heaven) However after 21 yeasr of being in Lancaster, PA I had never been to the restaurant.
I had the Sirloin strip with caramelized onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and sautéed spinach. Oh and of course for an appetizer we had the Wonderful Good Cheese plate not only with their own cheese but, also with their own bread. The steak cooked to perfection. The caramelized onions? OMG they could have been a meal by themselves.
There were 10 of us and not a single complaint. We had also brought our own cake because we were there for a Birthday dinner. The waitress gladly took the cake, cut it, served it and even gave us take home containers to take extra cake in. As we understood our waitress was actually the bartender... She was amazing… Stoudts is AMAZING…. We will be back very soon… Lancaster’s little secret of a restaurant..

My sister and husband took my husband and I here for my birthday. The pretzel appetizer was huge and delicious. The cheese dip that goes with it is very good. The food was excellent. Two sausage dinners, one German sausage sandwich and a burger. We all were very pleased with our meals. We squeezed in desserts (we were full from the meals - large portions) and the desserts were very good. Peanut butter pie was good. Also the baker's special was delicious. Very nice place. We will definitely go back there.

After years of hearing about Stoudt's and seeing the signs, we decided to give it a try.
The restaurant features a huge display of breweryana and beautiful woodwork. I decided to try the schnitzel with spaetzle and ordered a side of red cabbage. My friend ordered scallops over a potato pancake. My schnitzel seemed greasy, spaetzle was good, and red cabbage had no flavor. 3 scallops on a small potato pancake is a small dinner. The scallops were OK, but certainly not a unique flavor. Our desserts, coffee crème brulee and a lemon cake, were both very good. We felt the restaurant was a little pricey, especially considering portion size.

Our server, Katie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and appropriately attentive.

We expected our dining at Stoudt's to be a cut above what we experienced.
