I don't understand why this place does not have a higher rating in Greenwood. The food is very good and prices are very reasonable. We split a Philly Cheese Steak for lunch and it piled high with meat, sauteed onions, mushrooms, green peppers and lots of cheese. The roll was good also. With a side of onions rings it was plenty to eat. The 12" sandwich was $9.95. The most expensive item on the dinner menu is a Fisherman's Platter for $12.50. We'll definitely be going back.

This is simple food, but in a good, clean environment where you walk up to a counter, order, sit down, and it will eventually come out to you (not terribly slow, but not rushed either). While not a budget bonanza, there are some very good values here, as the portion sizes are massive. The fried fish or chicken are good, with mounds of fries. The pizza is good and fresh, although it always needs garlic and oregano... The subs are good on nice soft bread. A whole sub sandwich should really be for two people, as they are generous with ingredients. You have to get your own drinks, but I still leave a few dollars for those who bring out the food and clean up after us.

Had a gyro for supper. It was good. Folks behind the counter were friendly. Daughter had a calzone which was good too. Wife had a good philly cheese steak too.

Clean restaurant.

This was my first time here. The counter waitress was super knowledgeable about food selections. The ones who brought food to our table were so kind and pleasant! The food was delicious and hot and the place was packed today! Please go here and eat!

Our latest motorcycle ride took us to Hartwell, Ga. to a real good car show. After walking around for a couple hours, we worked up a pretty good appetite. Then the discussion of where to eat and the decision was made to go across the river to Abbeville, S.C. and eat at the very popular Yoder's...they were closed(2:30- 5:30). We asked a very kind individual if they new of another good restaurant nearby that we could go and eat. Well, they said follow me and took us right to Theo's Deli & Seafood Restaurant. First thing I noticed was how clean and neat the place is, secondly how friendly and nice the two gentlemen behind the counter were. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you and it was quick and a generous plenty. The food is delicious and it is very fresh, and by what I was told, every order is hand- made and not pre- mixed as far as battering and seasoning. Theo's is a very good place to eat and our experience there will certainly take us back.
