Description: It’s a Matter of Taste at Brick Oven Pizza Co. Your pizzas are always freshly prepared and made to order. We make our dough daily and cook our signature thin crust pizzas, the old-fashion way, in a Stone Hearth Oven. We provide you the very best quality pizza and with the individual attention we give to each order, it could require up to 30 minutes to prepare your pizza. We invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious appetizer with a cold, refreshing drink. It will be worth the wait!

We tried this place on a whim on a Saturday night because nearby Little Italy and Abuelo's both had long waits. This was a pleasant surprise. The salad bar has lots of options and is very tasty. The pizza is excellent. The 8 inch pizzas are perfect for one person. And the young lady that waited on us was about 8 months pregnant and working her tail off...she was fantastic!!!

If you want the best pizza in Abilene, this is the place to go. Been going here for several years and pizza is always excellent. Even my wife, who has traveled the world says this is the best pizza she has ever had.

We were there to celebrate our Granddaughter's upcoming wedding--none of us had tried it before. Appetizers were great--stuffed mushrooms and the spicy jalapeno and cheese bread sticks. But the pizzas were even better--especially if you order it with extra crispy crusts. Crunch time! (and service was really good even on a busy evening!).

The Brick Oven Pizza Company provides a comprehensive dinning experience. It overs a variety of craft beers to enjoy with great pizza. The Margaretta pizza and the Brick Oven special pepperoni pizza are our family's most favorite. They are always prepared to perfection and are offered in multiple sizes that meet any hunger level of the group. The service is professional, attentive, and timely...good food and a great price!

The crust of Brick Oven's pizza is actually the best part about eating at their establishment, but even THAT could have been better. NOW, concerning the rest - my #1 "gripe" - when I ask for a COMBO pizza, I expect lots of tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives and the like. We ordered a large combo pizza, but it was NOT all that large. It did NOT have ALL, or ENOUGH of the traditional items that one gets on a combo pizza. All it had on it was a LITTLE bit of tomato sauce, a LITTLE bit of cheese, a LITTLE bit of pepperoni, a small amount of bland sausage, a smidgen of Canadian bacon, and a MICROSCOPIC amount of onion, bell peppers and mushroom. PERIOD.

The #2 gripe was the SERVICE. First off, when I walk into a restaurant, I EXPECT that SOMEONE will QUICKLY come up and either say come this way, or choose a seat, or the like. OK, that FINALLY happened, but we had to wait, and wait for someone to come over to tell us to find a table (in a VERY "who gives a damn" manner). THAT is NOT good. This waitress also TOOK FOREVER to bring our drinks, and even longer to bring the pizza.

And finally, and quite importantly for someone on a budget, #3 - the PRICE for this pizza meal was ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH for what we received. Well over 20 dollars for a rather smallish pizza, plus drinks and salad for only two people is RIDICULOUS. In retrospect, we should and could have gone to Fazoli's or even Domino's for pretty good pizza and salad, for half the price, and NO tip. We shall NEVER, EVER return to the Brick Oven..
