A nice hotel overall. Good service from the front desk staff (especially Jesus) and the breakfast staff. The price for our family reunion group was a very good deal. We've been here before and like it. They are easy to make plans with. Only problem was that the maid did not come to the room until late afternoon when we were ready to rest before going to dinner even though we had been out all day.

We were bringing my son to the airport and due to him needing to check in super early, we decided to get a hotel for the night before to make it easy.

Not only was the price excellent, we had great food (mine was a bit too salty but they discount my meal) but the pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful after a long stressful day and the room was excellent. Zero issues for our stay.

My daughter and I stayed at the Wyndham for two nights in June 2018. From the first greeting at the door, to the goodbye at the end of the stay, they staff was warm, friendly, professional and totally in sync with each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The boutique style soaps were a great touch. The restaurant and coffee shop were helpful ( I have food allergies and they addressed them, knew their information, and helped cheerfully.), gave me exactly what I ordered, and remembered my coffee the second time I came in. I will stay here when in Austin.

Room tip: Ask for your preferred location, pool side, conference room side, etcetera.

I paid for one night in advance when I made the reservation. When I checked in they required s $50 deposit (hold ) on my credit card which will not be removed for a week. Have never encountered this policy before.

It is most hotel's policies to collect a deposit to cover any incidental fees a guest may incur. I hope this was explained to you by our staff. The hold is released by your bank when they see that no charges have been applied to the hold. I apologize if you were not made fully aware of how this works and I hope it did not cause you any inconvenience.

The policy or rules say that if you put your towels in the bathtub they would be replaced. Yet these towels were on the floor and were hung up to reuse. No interest in using dirty floor towels. Not cool. Also, the rooms were cleaned super late each day. So my room was a mess even after a long day in conference.

It is not our policy to rehang towels placed on the floor. I am not sure why this would have occurred. Our Housekeepers begin cleaning rooms at 8 am but when we are busy it does take all day to get to all the rooms. Please know that a request for early service could be arranged if you stay with us again in the future.
