I've stayed at quite a few bnb's and this one is a keeper! Beautiful accommodations and friendly owners make for a relaxing, comfortable stay. You receive just the right amount of attention from the hosts. Bedrooms are clean, comfortable and attractive. The breakfasts are made from locally acquired ingredients - the whole-wheat oatmeal pancakes with fresh peaches were awesome. Evening soda, water and cookies were delightful. The two dogs on the property are sweet and respectful - Fritz and Snowy!

Room Tip: The first floor Shenandoah room was comfortable and easy to access for those with tricky knees.

This is a warm, cozy, friendly B & B with very accommodating hosts. Every detail and amenity, right down to some very upgraded bedding has been thought of. This was truly a delightful stay and will most definitely do it again. Thank you.

Central location for Blue Ridge sites, wineries, sight-seeing. Lovely rooms, ample, tasty breakfasts. Orquida and Dan are thoughtful, helpful hosts. They are informative but never intrusive, and the overall sense is of warmth and comfort. The house is mid-19th century and beautifully restored.

Room Tip: All rooms seem essentially equal, save a larger one with a bathtub as well as a shower.

The location is a short drive from Charlottesville, In the country with 3 wineries and a brewery or two nearby. Rooms were very clean. Has a pool. The Breakfast was very good, with a different menu each day. Freshly cooked. a pot of coffee outside the room by 7 or 715 every morning. at night there was cookies and soda. The room was large with a large bathroom. The shower was a little small, but that was probably due to the full-size whirlpool tub. The owners were very nice and willing to help with your needs.

After hiking in Shenandoah Natl Park, we spent the night at this very charming country bed and breakfast Dan and Orquida have thought of everything to make your stay very special. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend if you are in the area.
