Arrived about 11 PM after being on the road all day. Not recognized as a Hilton Gold Honors Member. No water. The desk clerk gave me bad directions to the parking, which was 2 blocks and 4 floors away. Finally got to bed around 12:30. Up at 6 for an exhibit at the Army-Navy Country Club. Light breakfast which took a long time to get (how long does 2 eggs, bacon and toast take?). Will not stay at this hotel again.More
