I booked a twin room, the beds were suprising spacious, just big enough for two pillows across. The bath and room were bigger that the slightly cheaper chain business hotels i often stay in. The hotel has a nice cafe. Though the walls are quite thin, I could hear my son playing from the elevator but i didn't hear anyone else during our stay. The guest rooms are on the 5-11 th floor, we had a gorgeous view from the 8 th floor of snow cappedmount Iwaki. Parking was an extra 700 yen per night. The station area was very quiet at night, it was a sunday also so we had to take a taxi over to the area near the castle to fond a non-chain restaurant to eat in, it was 850 yen but well worth it for more local reasonably priced food. It is worth seeking out hand written menus and places with small signs as the food and service is much better. We didn't eat at this hotel or use any facilities, we bought some apple pastries fromtneh cafe to take put with us for breakfast.
