Yours is probably the worst internet experience (Wi Fi) I hace ever had in my business trips. Trully very bad. The very few times I finally got online, the speed was so slow that I could do almost nothing even though I call the IT desktop almost everyday. I will surely change my hotel decision next time just because of this.

The hotel is at the beach front, has a fantastic breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Personnel is very friendly and professional. My room had a beautiful view of the ocean and was very quiet (16th floor) .

Room tip: Suites in the corners and high floors had view to the beach from two windows.

A little distance to the main beach Copacabana. There is a beautiful beach in front too. Hotel facility average . Staff may be too busy to provide a satisfied service. Food is average. May need to go out for more.

We appreciate your relevant comments and that will be very helpful for our future as we are always in search of perfection regarding accommodations and services.

In fact, we are a bit far from the center of our city, but located in one of the most beautiful beaches of Rio de Janeiro and, being surrounded by several other natural attractions.
Barra da Tijuca has also already established itself as the region with the highest concentration of commercial, business and professional centers.

Ok hotel if you are attending a conference. Other than that service is terrible, breakfast below average, rooms just ok.
They don’t allow late check outs even if you are willing to pay!! Service is terrible!
It is painful when you check out. They don’t trust guests and instead of asking if you used the minibar, they keep you waiting until they send one to check if the guests “stole” a soft drink or a bottle of water. I was rushing to the airport and they kept me waiting for 15 minutes!!! Not going back! They need a course of client Service

This was the venue chosen by the conference organisers I was attending. Wouldn't be my first choice, but outside of down town and the more tourist areas it was OK. The room was very hot and the AC fan very noisy so sleep or lack thereof had two choices. The room was basic, the wardrobe doors slid chunkily and noisily. The restaurant service took ages but the food was good. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the place was very clean. I have to admit to being a bit spoilt with the luxury hotels I get to stay at, so I was a little disappointed, but i have very high standards. The room was clean and comfortable and i have stayed in a lot worse!

Airport transfer was 40 mins and uneventful.

Saw a mugging on the beach at a little after 22:00 but was too far way to help, so be careful!
