The hotel has a wonderful view, the restaurant is good, as well as the breakfast!!
The staffs are very nice, the landscape is amazing!
I think that Laguna Tourist Hotel is the best hotel in Laguna.
Is a kind of hotel to relaxing, because if you want go to the downtown, you have to pickup a car or taxi

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as we had tickets for the Zelia Duncan show held at the hotel. Despite not being a newly built resort complex the place is kept in a good state of repair and the grounds are well tended. The package we had included a buffet evening meal and breakfast. The selection of dishes available was imaginative and well prepared. We only stayed here for 2 days any longer would be difficult for us as the room was not large. I would suggest that some means of transport is a must as the hotel is set on a hill and is not in the town centre. There is however a walkway to the beach if you are only interested in getting a tan.

Is located in Laguna / SC Beach Gi. The beaches of southern Brazil are unsheltered but the coastal views in particular the rooms facing the sea and also the gazebo is beautiful.
Rate includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner menu and nice restaurant. The street coasting the coast you arrive at the small town center in 10 minutes south by car.

They have good wines on the wine list. Attendant staff very attentive. Cleanliness in the rooms. It is a built many ancient anos.Estilo hotel. But comfortable. Has jetted hidromassagem.Existe a small bridge that gives access to the beach from the hill to the hotel. Is open only in high season.

Points of improvement: 1) sign the internet in the rooms is unstable. Only worked in the main ballroom in front of the restaurant.
Informed that they would improve.
2) The hot water takes to get into the rooms. Seems to have no circulating pump hot water system. In winter is critical and wastes a lot of water in times of low rainfall.
Good value for money and nice place if you are traveling or working in the coastal region as was our case.

Room Tip: Select the rooms that are facing the sea. The view is beautiful

Alright , Folks , here are my 2 cents on Laguna & why should u choose it..If u r an indian & on budget then it makes an automatic choice to be shortlisted fr price-luxury economics in factor..our 7 day stay here ws exceptional & though I cant compare it wid other hotels as I did not stayed dere, I can surely tip on why it hs to be d choice

We took a package + flights from Mauritiusmania .com who offer amazingly good services and u just need to carry a print out fr ur bookings..Rates r cheap as well

1. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Grand-Port mountain range, the Laguna Beach Resort is an adorable place. With a very kind and friendly staff, they are ever ready to serve you with care and concern.

2. The resort is surrounded by postcard scenes at each side. There is sea view from all the rooms and beach nearby. The lagoon looks remarkable.

3. The place can be accessed by a 30 min Car drive and is located in Grand River South East, along the South East coast of the island. The building is built keeping tropical architecture in the mind frame.

4. Drive through Camp des Pêcheurs (Fisherman's Cove) and come to this natural environment area where you will find the nature's beauty untouched.

5. The rooms are fully furnished and have many of the modern amenities. There is an air-conditioning units direct dial telephone, electronic safe, minibar, hair dryer, TV with local and satellite channels, and tea/coffee-making facility in each room and the balcony is a soothing place to sit and enjoy the cool breeze watching the sea.

6. There are a lot of fitness activities and services for people to feel at home. There are spa and welness centers, ayurvedic massage centers, gym, tennis and volleyball court, an 18 hole golf course, free Wi-Fi accessibility in lobby and restaurant, pool table, night show, vultural shows and much more.

7. The food in the hotel is can be enjoyed at three different outlets offering different themes. The main one, Sardinella Ristorante, is a huge place with seating capacity of 135. They serve delicious cuisines with some special touch of the chef's creativity. There is the Wahoo
Beach bar & grill where seafood is luscious and very tempting and the Dorado pool bar is a nice option for having light snacks.

So if you go to Mauritius, you must check this place out. Recommended to all!
