Stayed here on business. Executive rooms are a very good size. Higher floors are do not have road noise, so I slept really well. Excellent restaurants (Italian, Spanish, Japanese) as part of the same complex. Good breakfast buffet included in room rate. Overall, a pleasant experience

This hotel is part of a complex including several good restaurants and also some kind of a concert hall. Service is excellent. Rooms are adequate in size and appointments. A/C functions well without turning the room into a meat locker within 10 minutes. WiFi is good but if you need high speed HDMI there is a cost of approx. US$ 12. What's lacking is a small coffee shop for a quick meal when tired or in a hurry. There are many business and marketing events in this hotel. Elevators tend to be slow. Breakfast buffet is Brazilian average i.e. excellent by international standard but just good by the demanding Brazilian customs.

Room Tip: If you want to avoid the constant din of traffic, ask for a room out back away from the street. Windows are not soundproof.

I have stayed here several times when visiting Campinas for business. Very near to many nice pubs and restaurants in the Cambui neighborhood. For nights when time is limited there are three restaurants in the hotel, and one nightclub. The rooms are dated but clean and classic. I have always had a minifridge and a sofa and dining table. Room service menu is small but seems to always have something agreeable. Front desk is very helpful and all were bilingual. Was also a world cup hotel. Recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is located across a park where you can have a walk. The hotel is modern, has nice modern rooms and is clean. I asked for a room at the backside of the hotel because at the front it is located near a very busy street. When visiting this hotel make sure you go to Palace of Chopp which is only located a few blocks away. Used the Valet parking which worked great.

A well located hotel in Campinas with rooms of good standard and good facilities - 3 restaurants and 2 pools, gym, spa etc..

The pools are both a bit small (long enough - just , but narrow - and its nice to have an out door one) and they don't provide chasing facilities or lockers in the spa area which is odd !! The bar too is small and not easy to share with friends. The 3 restaurants are not Brazilian cuisine to you will have to go look for that but overall this is worth seeking out if you are here in Campinas for a few days.
