I've been coming to restaurant São Paulo for the past four decades, have seen its heydays but unfortunately am witnessing now its decaying. It didn't have to be that way since it continues to occupy a very good location and still keeps a very experienced staff. Some of its fare, seafood dishes mainly, continues to be well prepared and served. Most of the items in the menu, however, are old news with updated prices. There is a good opportunity for menu redesigning and space renovation, a trend that many restaurants in Santos are following. I just hope that São Paulo becomes one of them soon.
