Stayed for a couple of nights in their private room. Room is well equipped and nice but the description on booking.com mentions "soundproofing", which really is a joke, sleeping was a bit hard first night when much traffic noise got in from the street. Also if you sleep in the upper double bed, you have lights from the street right in your face all night. You sleep better in the two single beds below. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was far below my experence of hostel average in brazil - nothing like the description I see they have on booking.com.

Loved the hostel, staff were so nice and kind and the wifi is great!!!!

Beds are comfortable, breakfast is tasty, coffee is strong and full of flavour.

Would recommend this place to anyone who wants info on São Paulo, the places to see and if you like football because there is a great knowledge about football there.

Also they have cable tv so can watch whatever while your chillin out with an amazing beer.

Had booked a private double room with this hostel, for a night’s stay. While it may be the rule of the hostel, what I did find a bit too much was that we were made to wait till 1pm for check-in although the room was available and ready. The room was fine but the beds (two twin beds, almost futons, not actual beds) were creaky and of different levels, not offering good sleep quality. Breakfast was limited which was quite a problem for us as we are vegetarians, and the only thing that helped us in Brazil was making up for the meat 
The good thing about the place was its location, close to the Paulista Avenue, which is a lively area to walk along. For the price we paid, I would probably look for a different place around this area.

I chose to stay there during the World Cup, i don't regret it even one bit. Amazing Staff, friendly people and made wonderful friends there. I stayed there on two occasions and was happy both the times. The bar is pretty good for craft beers if you are into that sort of thing. Pretty close to prime location such as Paulista. Highly Recommended
