Your postings are far from genuine guests. More like family and friends helping you out in the typical Brasileiro way.

You cant even post photos of the rooms..... what makes this a 5 Star rating!?!?!
Seriously!

Room Tip: Strongly advise you insist on viewing the rooms and facilities before you even pay for parking.

Stayed there for a week end, february 2013, room #5.
Once you found the pousada (a bit difficult, especially if you arrive at night), it's all absolutely perfect. The owner, Antonio, is very nice.
The room was big and very peacefull. The shower had a wonderfull view as well.
All circled with nature.
From the pousada, you can easily go to the local beach to rent a boat that will take you to the islands around. There is also a nice bar to have a seafood snack.
Close, you'll find the beach of the "fazenda", a 3km beach, peacefull, lots of nature.
A diner in Paraty is a must.
Loved it.

I love this pousada! It's a perfect place to rest, read a book, listen to the birds and just relax. The rooms are nice, cozy, with a very nice view, very calm.
The food is delicious - you can choose to lunch/dinner there and the sea food is very fresh, very tastful.
The beach of Picinguaba (2minutes walking) is clean and calm and there are a few places where you can drink/eat something. Also you can walk to the beach besides (Fazenda) that is gourgeous and desert (you can go swimming if you feel like).
At night it's very calm and if you're tired of resting you can go to Paraty (40min driving), the famous historical village where there are lots of very nice restaurants, museums, expositions, music...
I'm going there on February for 1 week, it's my 6th time there and it was always perfect!

The Pousada was aesthetically well-conceived by Mr Miranda, owner of the place. Me and my partner had a very good time there. The rooms were really cozy, with a fantastic terrace and a cinematographic view of the Picinguaba Bay. Breakfast was simple, but tasteful, mainly because of hands of the cook, Mrs Léia. Her banana cake have fed us for the long trails we walked during the day. The place is situated inside a kind of park, where you can see lots e varied plants and some nice birds. Go and enjoy it!

Located in a fishermen small village, in the middle of nature, 200 mts from the sea, this pousada (small hotel in portuguese) offers 9 rooms. The place is rustical but of extremely good taste. Antonio, the owner is extremely sympathic and has always a good chat ongoing with the guests. Dinner is served at the same big table where guests can get to know each other.
A marvellous beach is 1 km away from the hotel.
