Ko Sai Noodle2, is that kind of place where you want to order bowl after bowl of noodles, if only your tummy was big enough. A cute little place in quiet(er) street just off the mail drag, just a few blocks from the Main Market. It is run as a family-affair by the sweetest, most welcoming and super skillful people. Very very reasonable prices. Totally worth seeking out... for a late (or early) breakfast, filling lunch... or an afternoon snack break from nearby market-shopping. I urge you (with every fibre in my body), to try the si-kye(?) noodles (anyway, they are called oil-fried noodles), a really scrumptious bowl that will have you licking the chopsticks and flailing your hands in the air for second servings. Equally awesome are the Shan Kauswe (Shan Noodles), and a raft of other noodle-licious options. Menu is written in Myanmar, but just ask welcoming Ei Ei Mon Aung or her husband (the eternally smiley Sai Lao who has worked in Japan, which explains the cuteness, cleanliness, customer service and love of perfecting your experience in their noodle shop)... they will happily suggest something to your taste preference, whether spicy or not, local or more general. Go, Enjoy.... and taste the noodles that will fill your stomach AND your heart. :)
