This was our last meal for our stay in Hvar and it was outstanding! A bottle of Zlatan Pôsip and some fried calamari to share, delicate batter and home made tartar with squeezed lemon was a fantastic appetizer. We chose a BIG John Dory (1.2kg) to share and had it grilled in the traditional way with Swiss Chard side. What a fish! Really beautifully cooked, moist and tender with lots of flavour. If you want to go where the big fish hang out this is the place!!
