Neptune hotel-main building is just fine, but it attached to other small hotels, where guests, practically, can only spend the night. All other hotel and restaurant services are located only in the Neptun Hotel main building.
Hotel Jurina is located on the coast, away from the Neptun hotel main building about a half-hour walk along the sea promenade. Hotle Jurina acts abandoned and "frozen in time". You can not believe that such places still exist, a bit creepy, redolent of old times, perhaps reminiscent of the old collective resorts from the '70s, or the old dormitories.
The rooms are very modest, small, but clean and each has its own bathroom (also small, modest but functional). The furniture is very old and unsightly, but it seems renovated with solid mattresses and clean sheets. There are no phones in the room (no connection with the Neptune hotel reception). TV, air conditioning and wireless internet, for this place are more than "abstract noun". The rooms have a small balcony, which looks more like a " fenced window ", but, of course, with a beautiful view (natural beauty of Brioni Grande). In Jurina is no single member of permanent staff; cleaners come short in the morning.
Lonely person as a customer probably, difficult to agree to spend the night here, but if you are not alone, it is almost as interesting as the” time machine” experience. Finally, all of this, is too "retro" indeed!More
