Good points of hotel:
Friendliness of staff, who speak at least 2/3 languages, they have lots of gluten free options in their all inclusive meals, even fresh bread for breakfast but you need to ask.
Beds were 2 single but quite comfortable. There is touristic train that takes you to porec town (a must see!). Rovinj is another town 45 minutes drive that deserves a visit.
Bad points: we booked in January, and I made sure they would have given us a room with balcony at higher floors, but we got it at the ground floor, and when I asked to be moved they said they are fully booked. The room was ok, but no fridge in the room, and when it was raining, bad smell was coming from bathroom. Food of all inclusive ok but only few items were great. The housekeeping didn't bother to remove dirty glasses from the room, and a bit of the ceiling fell on the floor.
Overall I give it a 3,5 out of 5More
