I really like this hotel!) I’ve been in 3 hotels before and I can say that this one is really good :) The territory is huge and awesome. One of the most beautiful hotels in Sharm. The food is varied, especially dinner 😊 the animators are really nice guys. They’re so cute and fun! The service is great. I’m going to return one more time ❤️

In fact, I was expecting something better, because it is bad enough. Meals and service are the hotel's weaknesses. There is no extensive menu and a large amount of food: it is often not enough at all, cooks giving small portions. Sometimes there is not enough food and we had to come early not to be without dinner etc. The hotel is dirty! It can be seen that the repair was done long ago and the hotel is old. Maintenance is terrible. When we arrived, we were not settled for a very long time and we were forced to give 10$ to get us settled immediately (we all waited 1 hour instead of 5 hours). Workers quarrel and are bad, they shout too. They do not know how to speak English! I'm Ukrainian and don't know Russian, although employees think that I know… Actually, they know only Russian or Italian and they cling to all around who don't want pay tips! Yes, it's true: they have a special care for the Italians, because they give them tips. I am badly amazed at the rest. I do not recommend this hotel!
Vacation here does not cost such a lot of money, especially in this hotel.

I never write any reviews but this awful hotel made do this. The stuff and the managers were dreadful , their attitude to people will make you feel like you 're a bottom...
During our checking out the manager told that we had broke the telephone and that we had to pay 30 dollars for it. My husband came to the room to discover the thing. It appeared that the phone was working, but there was an old dirty crack. He told like we had made that f.. crack.How could we make it?we didn't even touch that phone or the wall. The crack was't new, it was old like your Pyramids. It was so unfair that I hadn't any words ....
Eventually the manager said to pay 30 dollars or his security wouldn't let us to the airport.
We were with two little kids and the feelings weren't the best.
The deal isn't in money, the deal is in the attitude to the guests! where is your praised hospitability? It is an empty sound for your. It means nothing for you. You just want to cheat the people.
The name of the hotel receptionist was ROMANY.

We are rested with our two children in this hotel in April 2018. The weather was windy. The sea was warm. The food was tasty.Friendly staff. Very beautiful territory, there are many kinds flowers and trees. Water in pool was very cold. In restaurant was loud, because the hotel was crowded.Animation was bad. In general the hotel is tired. We will not come to this hotel.

Garden of Eden. friendly staff. everyone always smiles. surer rooms, very comfortable. a huge yard with beautiful flowers. the kitchen is something unimaginable. and that the most beautiful carrot reef. swimming pools. there you can not get bored. a lot of entertainment for both adults and children. This place needs to be visited. I'm already on the visit the next time.
