My wife and I visited this hostel for the 3 days after our destination wedding and before flying back to Canada. We both absolutely loved this hostel and the pool over-looking the ocean was amazing. The rooms were some of the nicest hostel rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff was also very friendly and super helpful.

Came down on a dive recon trip. Got it right spot on staying here. The crashing waves will lull you to sleep, the sunsets are spectacular! Wholesome breakfast gets your day of diving etc. off to a good start. Krys the manager will steer you to the right places and keeps everything impeccable. The owner Sally will also get you lined up with the best folks for your adventures!

We needed a staycation and found Cocolobo by chance and I'm so glad we did! It feels like you're not only leaving West End but on your own separate island. Kry is friendly and welcoming! The grounds are beautiful, the pool area and views are amazing and there's a great little 'honor system' bar so you can make yourself a drink and enjoy a beautiful sunset. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have wonderful ocean breezes. The patio is perfect for sitting in the hammock, napping looking at the ocean or enjoying a good book. Breakfast hit the spot and was served with a smile! The place has everything you need, is quiet and removed yet still just 5 minutes from the action in West End! Loved it...thanks, Krys!

Room tip: I'm sure all of the rooms have incredible views but some people may have a preference about 1st or 2nd floor.

I am writing this long overdue review of Cocolobo. As stated, it is a perfect place when staying in the West End. The location is close to beaches, diving and restuarants in the West End. The rooms are quiet, clean and well maintained. The views to the ocean right outside the room are beautiful. Cocolobo's rooms have everything you need including a small refrigerator and lock box. The manager Krys is outstanding. She makes sure each guest has what they need and goes out of her way to do the extras. She is always available and puts in many extra hours to make sure her guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The staff at Cocolobo provide quality in the daily breakfasts and the care of the rooms and property. This will be our fourth visit to Cocolobo. Each year we extend our trip as it is so difficult to leave. Thank you Krys and staff for all you do in making this a memorable place to stay.

All the previous reviews are pretty much spot on. Our spacious second floor room had a really comfy king bed, ceiling fan and optional AC. The 190°+ view from the large walkout deck was awesome. The daily breakfast was delicious and convenient. Staff very friendly. Krys, the manager, was helpful and quite the insider on where to go and who to use for diving, etc. Thanks!

Room tip: All rooms have amazing unobstructed views of the Caribbean
