We were 8 runners who stayed here due to its proximity to the railway station and old town. The rooms are old, dirty linen and wet towels, no hot water in few rooms when the outside temperature was 4C! There's hardly anyone to service you except the few boys. I'm sure there are many better options to stay

Very poor service and terrible experience. Rooms are also very untidy and dirty. Walls are leaking. The tiny lift overlooking maids cleaning utensils, led to a corridor with rooms that were all closed, infact seemed closed since they were built.

Room Tip: never go to this hotel. select ant hotel but dont select this hotel

Situated in a by lane on Queens Road- the hotel's exterior appeared shabby and worn out, however that was just the start. Entering, the hotel looked more like a dharamshala. The tiny lift overlooking maids cleaning utensils, led to a corridor with rooms that were all closed, infact seemed closed since they were built. The entire hotel smelled like an old house closed for years together with a strong smell of dampness. A few hoteliers looked suspiciolusly at us - seemed like giving us a hint -"all is not well". A few glances into the rooms and we had made us our minds to follow the hint and leave immediately.
