Nice hotel with modern, fully equipped and clean rooms. There is a swimming pool, a bar and a gym. It is located in the centre of Chiang Rai, perfect stay to explore around. Nothing to complain about, definitely recommended.

The hotel is very new and in good shape. The bed Is big and cozy. There’s a swimming pool wrap around the first floor. I’m pretty sure kids will love it. The only thing I don’t like is that the shower water temperature control work intermittently. If this is fixed I’d give it five stars.

A new hotel, located 15 mins from the night market, in a fairly quiet area of town. Rooms are clean, spacious with cool earthen floors; beds are comfortable and a centralised air con keeps the room very cool. A narrow L- shaped swimming pool is cradled by the hotel building and is fun to explore.

Stay here two nights, hotel is very New; room are clean, room temperature is so cool, all bath amenity full set up, comfy bed with four pillows. I used their fitness on second floor to boost my energy and enjoy with swimming pool in the next day. Breakfast is average need more variety of food especially bacon which I expected.

Service is excellent, all staff well trained with guest interact, grooming looks neat as Northern style.

If provide sleepper in the room would be great due to cement floor and getting cold while we are in the room.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nai Ya Hotel. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of fresh items available from the buffet. Unfortunately, the pool was under renovation/construction at the time of our visit (February), but even then the workers kept noise to a minimum. Overall, a very positive experience!

Google maps doesn't show this hotel at the correct location. It is south of downtown, not east.
