The room was ok with direct access to a terrace and the pool.
Short walk from the pier and further to the beach.
Breakfast is good with egg station, yoghurt, bread, fruit.
Kind staff.
Value for the money.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. No value for money. Should be avoided specially if traveling with kids. No respect for guests. We were made to pay 150 bahts for a missing plate from room which we had no clue about. It wad not highlighted at time of checkout rather we were made to pay when we came to collect our luggage. No manager was present and ladies started abusing in front of our kids

Well I booked a deluxe room to which I get 2 single bed's in. So I ask the reception if I could have the room i paid for to the reply we are fully booked not our problem. So I ask but the other room is cheaper are you going to compensate me or do anything no sir we are fully booked. The staff are quite rude and rubbish to be honest and the breakfast is not worth the money when better restaurants are nearby to eat and cheaper. Rooms are nice with good showers but would i stay here again only if it was the last hotel available..

A lovely hotel right in the middle of Phi Phi. Access to shops and restaurants straight out of hotel and only a short walk from Tonsai Pier. Rooms are clean, although the beds aren't the comfiest! We only stayed for 2 nights but it served its purpose and had hot water and a bed to sleep in. Breakfast not the best choice. All rooms have a view over the pool area which is lovely, never used the pool as spent more time at the beach.

My friend and I are currently staying here and have been at this hotel for a week now and will be finishing our holiday tomorrow.

We have really enjoyed our stay at PP Palmtree Resort.

Pros
- location - you are close to everything! 5 minutes walk to the harbour, beaches, and you're surrounded with good shopping and restaurants/bars.
- clean - the hotel and rooms are very clean.
- Breakfast - more than your standard hotel breakfast. Choices of potatoes, rice, bacon, ham, egg station.
- staff - very friendly and helpful.
- swim up bar - enough said

Cons
- wifi - a bit weak, we didn't have reception in our room so we would go sit by the pool to use the Internet (wasn't much trouble)
- although not a con for us, the location for some could be a bit loud. Our room was beside a pond with water feature so it would have blocked any noise from the surrounding bars but I wouldn't imagine some rooms would hear quite a bit of noise.
