The hotel was on a lovely beach location and away from the backpacker hostels. We were able to organise in advance a transfer from the ferry drop off - they were waiting for us as we came off the boat.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had fantastic views from our room over the sea - plus fantastic sunset views from the balcony.
The restaurant was great and provided lovely food. The breakfast buffet was good too.

With my wife we stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I recommend the deluxe villa with a breathtaking view, beautiful sea and a lot of relaxation! There are many restaurants on the beach and it's nice to be able to reach the place only or almost with the long tail! Certainly highly recommended
We recently spent 3 amazing nights at Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Traveling, even if it is just locally, during the pandemic can be a real challenge - so I would like to thank the hotel staff for the attention and unique service offered since the booking. They were very responsive online and the hotel is offering everything a guest may ask for a comfortable and safe stay. All safety measures are being constantly observed.
Long beach is the best spot in PhiPhi Don for a relaxing stay! The rooms have an amazing view to the bay. The transfer from Tonsai pier and mini bar were complementary. From beach towels to room cleaning and the room itself, everything was perfect! We were truly happy during this 3 days and enjoyed PhiPhi more than we could have imagined.
The staff speaks good english and they are all extremely attentive, polite and offered the best service we had in Thailand so far. Special thanks to Khun Cherry, Max and Thina who definitely made our stay even more special.
Breakfast was very good with good western and thai options, fresh fruits and cereals. We asked it to be served in our room on rainy day - it was very nice!
Thanks to the entire PhiPhi staff and management, we hope that more and more guests will come experience by themselves this great hotel.

The sea here is amazingly clear and full of fish.
Can see monkeys around the property occasionally.
The infinity pool is great with amazing views over the sea.
The bungalow rooms where clean and spacious although the whole bathroom did get wet when in the shower.
I would recommend they invest in cushions for the sun loungers around the pool and beach area.
Would return here.
To get to the hotel you have to take a long tail boat from the port, lovely way to arrive.
Nice room on stilts with stunning views. Only downside is that the resort is run down. Broken glass bottles on walkways and lots of rubbish behind the spa.
It was nice to be given a free mini bar, which included water and 2 soft drinks. Breakfast was ok.
Beautiful setting right on the beach, it was just the noise of all the long tail boats that spoilt it.
Our experience started with quite a shock when we arrived in our room. However clean, it was used (peeling paint everywhere) and extremely noisy close to the bar even though we had specifically required a quiet room. Luckily the property was not full and the reception kindly change our room which was much better with a sea view. The whole property was perfectly clean, the breakfast buffet was nice, the staff was welcoming. The food was totally overpriced. Pick-up on arrival and departure day from the port was included.
The location itself is stunning. Overall a pleasant stay but expensive regarding the property condition.
