My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights during our time in Koh Tao. The property is gorgeous, the food was great and the property is walking distance to a town with shops, restaurants and bars.

I highly recommend this hotel. Sabina at the front desk was very helpful and was kind enough to upgrade us to a Beach View Cottage for our anniversary. The room was amazing and the view was breathtaking.

Breakfast was included in our stay and offered an omelette bar, continental breakfast style, fresh fruit bar and beverages. The food was so tasty!

Would definitely come back!

Thanks!!

Room Tip: We stayed in a sea view cottage which was amazing.

Loved this resort. We got a pool villa which was amazing. Totally private, a small compound with a great pool and beautiful views. The outside shower with views of the ocean was so cool.

The resort itself is well maintained and sits on a very picturesque bay that seemed to have decent snorkeling. The resort pool is really nice and there is a bar adjacent. The beach sand is pretty coarse but the water is beautiful.

Service was good. The restaurant was decent with a great setting above the turquoise water. Breakfast was average but nice to have it delivered to the room. There are lots of steps up and down but that's part of the charm -- you are in a remote location. Speaking of that the resort is 150 baht minimum away from the town of Soirée. It's a pretty steep ride up and down the mountain. There is a smaller town about a 10 minute walk away along the beach.

We loved the privacy and the beauty of this resort. We spent two of our three days in Ko Tao at the villa in the pool overlooking the ocean and the longtail boats sailing back and forth. So relaxing!

Resort itself has special location, all villas are surrounded by plants. Room very nicely equipped, bathroom being quite special, but comfortable - finally we loved it. Food (breakfast only) very good, staff very pleasant and professional. We had a little problem with A/C being fixed immediately. Need to point, that you have to walk 10 mins to get to Chalok and always up and down, wherever you want to get within resort, which someone may hate. It is perfect location for active people.

This was the last resort we stayed in during a three week traveling trip through Thailand. To get there is a bit of a travel depending where you come from, there are only two boats a day so we had a six hour wait at the port in Koh Samui. Not much to do at the port and stuck with 4 pieces of luggage (family of 4 with two teenagers) it was a long wait. Port does not have much facilities only one little resto which does not look like much and staff friendly but more interested in their phone and tv than in us ;-). Arrival at the port in Koh Tao is like cattle being lead through a tunnel of taxi drivers begging for our money. Resort had organized a transfer from port to hotel in 4*4 (the only way up the steep hill) and this was an experience to say the least, kids loved it - adventurous. We stayed in pool villa 3 and the view is exquisite, rooms are comfortable and cool with airco yet dark and not much space to hang clothing or place your suitcase. Bathroom is outside in open air but roofed so you need to be able to handle bugs and crabs and shower before dark if you want to see anything. Restaurant was good but 104 steps down, a challenge in the heat and humidity but something you get used to. Staff is friendly but playful and not always professional, okay for us but if you are keen on service top notch mmmm ? The snorkeling with private long tail is a real recommendation. For the rest the island is focused on diving, snorkeling and nightlife, not so much to do so 4 days was more than enough 3 would have been better. Traveling back by boat was again not fantastic, busy and arriving at airport 7,5 hrs ahead of time. Spent the day in Koh Samui to pass away the time. Should have planned this better as we did not know there were so few boats a day to and from the island per day.
Resort is well kept, clean and a real experience. Would recommend to others but would not go back. To monotone for us and young teenagers, think here are more beautiful islands to stay at where peace and tranquility prevail. For young backpackers or couples it is ideal!

If you don't mind stairs and a bumpy way to the hotel, then this hotel is perfect.
Amazing view, great pool, clean and nice rooms.
But it is a hike to get from the reception and the rooms at the top to the swimming pool, beach and restaurant at the bottom.
If you walk a bit along the beach you can enjoy a drink or a meal somewhere else than at the hotel. But you do need a taxi to leave the hotel from the road. They charge 100 bhat per person to get to the pier and 150 bhat per person to get to Sairee.
