I looked around at other options in Pai - this one is by far the most perfect for my needs: quiet with beautiful surroundings, inexpensive, and close to town (but not too close). Road noise is far in the distance. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and thoughtful. The room was even stocked with a large bottle of water and glasses. The bed is comfortable and the room decorated with care. There is hot water, tea, and coffee onsite (no restaurant, which adds to the quietness of the place). There is a large grass lawn with open sky for sunbathing or play. A couple ponds with a bubbling fountain add greatly to the ambiance. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. I will stay here whenever I'm in Pai.

Room Tip: Of the cheapest rooms, room 5 is a solo detached hut, rooms 6&7 share a very thin wall.

Really enjoyed our two nights here. Only five-ten minute walk to main area/walking street. The bungalows were comfy and provided a nice escape from the tourist vibe of the town. We had a Shared bathroom which was clean and always had toilet paper in! The staff were very nice and always said good morning/night with a smile. They also gave us a map and marked up the highlights.

I would recommend this to those looking for peace and quiet at a fair price.

Stayed 3 nights. Excellent location overlooking countryside and outside Pai centre - but an easy 5 minute walk away across the river. Bamboo bungalows are comfortable and with everything you need. Not pristine, but what do you expect for 350 Baht a night. Bed comfortable and own wet room. Nice bamboo seating outside bungalow to drink in the evening views. Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Very pleasant and helpful owner and his wife. Good location for all things to do and see in Pai. Nice to have fan in room and mosquito net over bed - though I didn't need to use either.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pond at the back offer good views of the countryside.

Great views, cute room, nice family-run place. And for $5/night, a great bargain. recommend renting a bike to get to/from town if you are a bit lazy like me :)

If definitely stay here again, but maybe upgrade to have a private bathroom. Shared ones were if e though.

If you like peace and quiet then this is your place. Def nothing for flashpackers but for this price you can't expect too much. We stayed in the Superior Bungalow with own bathroom. It's not the nicest we have seen and unfortunately we had cockroaches in the bathroom. Bungalow is located in the quieter area, walkable distance to the walking streets of Pai. Beds are a little bit too hard for europeans :)
Wifi is working very well.
