I was there for 1 night. Overall location was great and the price is not too high. Located not too much center in Pai but can access to the center about 2 or 3 minutes. Private atmosphere.

I love it !

Just stayed one night here on our way thru Pai....beautiful, quiet, great service. It is close to the downtown area so that we could walk and then return to a wonderful setting. Lovey pool. Enjoyed the breakfast but would have enjoyed more Thai style/fusion food. It is difficult to find good Thai food in Pai as the town is very farang(many foreign visitors and residents).

After a long motor cycle trip on a hot day we could not be bothered hunting around, so took this hotel with the attraction of a very nice pool. The rooms are not finished with no covering's on the bare cement floor. Computers are free and breakfast average. Quite location and easy walk to town. At THB1500 it's THB500 over the top in my opinion,

The rooms were intentionally minimalist but comfortable and clean. The pool was reasonably good though never saw it cleaned and there are awkward partitions around the one side of the pool. The location was excellent and an easy walk to town.

Our biggest complaints were that the staff were generally not very competent or attentive (e.g. no one at the restaurant/bar to serve you at most times; often would have to walk to reception so they could page someone) and that the breakfasts were pretty abysmal (though we learned on our last day that you could order additional items to be custom made for you which was an improvement). We did order dinner on e night from the restaurant and even though we were the only ones dining, the food was made fresh and was quite good.

I think we ended up staying at a bad time as it was Songkran (Thai New Year) and I think many of the regular staff were absent because of this which means that some of the staff that were there were filling roles they perhaps weren't properly trained for. Overall, during our stay, we felt like we were paying a bit of a premium (compared to other accommodation in Pai) but not really getting the service that should accompany that premium.

After having a bad experience at another hotel out of town, we arrived here and were relieved to find they had vacancies and two rooms available with an ajoining balcony. We were also right by the pool, which was perfect for the 8 and 3 year old children that were with us. They could play to their hearts' content in the pool while we kept watch from the balcony.

The food was decent in the restaurant and most of all, the location was ideal as it was just a short walk (or free shuttle bus) into town.

This hotel turned what was almost a nightmare holiday into a great one. We would definitely stay here again.
