Stayed at this hotel for 1 night over a weekend. I would assume this is the largest hotel in Tanjung Pinang. It has meeting rooms, spa, convenience store, swimming pool etc. Main breakfast choices were not good (maybe it’s me). There was an egg station (cook doesn’t understand what is fried eggs and an omelette), bread, cakes and fruits. I guess better than other local hotels. Many rude guests rushing for food, like hungry ghosts. Room was nice and big. Shower was comfortable and had a strong rain shower. Everything was smooth and great (except for rude guests), would totally recommend for families and business travellers.

This is our first trip to Tanjung Pinang so unable to compare it with other hotels within the same area. We chosen to stay here based on the reviews on tripadvisor. Hotel is well located, just a 10 to 15 mins ride to Tanjung Pinang City Centre. Nothing much in the mall, some food options, hypermart and cinema. Hotel check in and check out was fast, clean and comfortable. No carpet on room floor, no sure why since it is a 4 star hotel Breakfast options very limited, hope they can improve it. We tried out the massage, good pressure and staff are quite friendly, however the massage oil they use are those very minty and cooling type, so if you are not used this type, better not try. Price is more of hotel rate, so there may be better options elsewhere. Tips: you can use Grab or Go-Jek to travel around Bintan, pricing are quite stable. If you are coming from Tanjung Pinang ferry (International Terminal Sri Bintan Pura), it can quite confusing for first time travelers especially the roads outside are not clearly marked. You will also meet lots of drivers asking you to take their car to your destination, they do not have metered services so they will quote you a price. Advice is still to take Grab or Go-Jek or arrange for prior transport before arriving.

Nice clean modern hotel in town. Big room, strong air and good water pressure for shower. Breakfast, inclusive have a good spread. Good location and near to all the sight seeing places in tanjong Pinang.
