The room was very clean and well maintained. The interior design of the lobby and the alley were a bit outdated but that's not an issue if you are travelling for business. The room service was very cheap as well. Everything works well but the AC was not too cold, just cool.
Overall this is a recommended hotel that will provide quite a comfortable stay.

I had been stay at this hotel from my side all is good for only 2 thing from me
1. The hot water is not hot
2. The house keeping not check well in toilet

I book a valentines dinner at this hotel and got very bad experience
Actually its said dinner start at 7 pm local time and its turn on start at 7:30 pm (its okay , because i think its because a lot of table still empty and its start on free flow dessert) after that , until 8 pm we haven’t get serve a appetiser when several table already serve it
And then my husband ask the waitress when can we get our appetiser? He told us to wait a minutes (okay , after about 15 minutes they serve it) and also for the soup , main course (its also take about 30 minutes to serve) not only us.couples beside our table also got the same experience and we see on other table , they get serve very quick .. when we still havent get our appetiser and on other table already get they soup .. How come on the same place but the speed of serving is so different ??
I think the problem on the waitress (and of course the big problem because they leader)
Why i said that , because the leader didnt organise his subordinates
And one thing all dish that they serve its already cold , so i dont know why its so slowly to serve it!
The valentines dinner end at 10 pm (its wasting our time for 3 hours just to wait our dish)
I would say for sure , we never go back again next year for this valentines dinner

Room was spacious and clean.Bed was very comfortable.Airconditioning in room wasnt working well coz not able to adjust the fan speed.was the same speed even tough u put it on 1.but morning dew was able to get the room cool enough to sleep without turning on the aircon.Water heater works well,able to get hot water fast.TV had more football channels as compared to hotels in Jakarta.Breakfast was ok.Easy to get Grab cars.Location near to airport about 10mins drive.Swimming pool was decent.Staff friendliness level was not on par with hotels in Jakarta though something the management could address to improve on.Overall it is a very good hotel for your moneys worth..definitely one of the best hotels in Tanjung Pinang.Would definitely stay here again

Room is big and clean. Am so Inlove with the bed and pillows makes u sleep like a baby. Only the hot water is not very hot and the hand shower is held low.
Breakfast is great with a good spread of variety.
All staff from the driveway to belldesk to security to reception to breakfast to housekeeping is soo polite, welcoming and friendly.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night over a weekend. I would assume this is the largest hotel in Tanjung Pinang. It has meeting rooms, spa, convenience store, swimming pool etc. Main breakfast choices were not good (maybe it’s me). There was an egg station (cook doesn’t understand what is fried eggs and an omelette), bread, cakes and fruits. I guess better than other local hotels. Many rude guests rushing for food, like hungry ghosts. Room was nice and big. Shower was comfortable and had a strong rain shower. Everything was smooth and great (except for rude guests), would totally recommend for families and business travellers.
