Hotel is located near ferry terminal thus don't need to hire a taxi to drive you over. Room looks relatively new and spacious. Early check-in @ 1pm cost me IDR100K as they only allow check-in at 2pm, that i see it as inflexibility especially i am the only arriving guest at that time & they have rooms available. Breakfast not good to my liking as mostly spicy dishes.

The negative point for this hotel is the way the staff handling my complaint. During my stay, the hotel was largely booked by a group of teachers and young children from a school i assumed. The problem was the kids were running around in corridor and making alot of noises and shoutings, deprived me from having an afternoon nap. This happened in the evening too and i tried to endure and accommodate. I couldn't take it anymore when they started to make noises again as early as 5am in the morning. I made a call to reception and complained. To my displeasure, the receptionist replied there was nothing he could do as he had already feedback to their teachers. What kind of ridiculous answer was that? At least he could send another staff up to remind the children to keep quiet as they are disturbing other guests. Really disappointing in the way the staff handled this issue.

The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast was decent. However, we found it rather noisy as we could hear our neighbors whenever they closed their doors. We stayed in room 619 which had a sea view. The hotel is within walking distance from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. I would return here if I visited Tanjung Pinang again.

Great hotel if you need to be near the main ferry terminal in Tanjung Pinang. Only 5 minutes by foot. Convenient for those catching the early ferries. Clean and tidy hotel, cable tv and good food from the hotel restaurant. Not the cheapest but easily the best in the area.
