Nice and cozy hotel, room clean and crew hospitality is awesome. Food taste good. However during this covid 19 outbreaks we cant enjoying the facilities as usual. Keep up good service. I have no doubt to stay here and recommend to others

Went there for a family short trip, and had a romantic dinner in our room, Food was good, service was good, room is nice and clean. Except the haunted part which i experienced my self and i dont know how to describe, it never happen to me before.

We stayed in this hotel in December 2019 for 2 nights. Our room has a very strong stench of damp carpet smell; bedsheet was musty; bath towels were yellowish; no soap holder; half roll of toilet paper; a few old and deformed clothes hangers and floor was dusty.
As the tap water is undrinkable (not even if you have boiled it), we needed more than the 2 small bottle of mineral water provided. However, 2 bottles are all that they can provide. You have to pay to get more.
The hotel also restrict us to only 1 key card per room despite that there were 2 of us. This caused much inconvenience to us.
