Overnight Stay

We utilised the Matta Fair Voucher for Garden Villa, mistakingly thought that it’s for the Water Villa. Smaller bed configuration compared to Lexis Hibiscus but the pool is inside the room and more private as you can’t see any neighbours. Breakfast time was packed with people since it’s the starting of school holidays. There’s microwave as well so any heating of food can be done. A lot of outdoor activities but didn’t try all as most time is spent inside the room, swimming. Parking is quite a struggle.

Good hospitality and customer services

Emir is Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and emir is the great first impression of hotel icon . The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Holiday

I stay here for 2days 1 night, garden view room. Seaview room more spacious compare to garden but still can fix for family of 5. parking at the outside quiet limited we have to park at the 'parking bertingkat'. Especially when school holidays.. overall ok

Service & Hospitality

Checked in 24/3 and checked out 26/3.

Time well spent with my beloved family. Grand lexis is the place to spent time with your beloved family.

5 stars for their service. Thanks to one of their staff name Emir, a cute guy with his smile and soft spoken. He is so friendly and guided me what to do at Grand Lexis. He showed me the spa, the game room and others. Thank you Emir! Hope to see you again.

The best ever breakfast I ever had. Eat till you bloated.

THANK YOU GRAND LEXIS. We had so much fun!

Good relaxation getaway but better maintenance needed for facilities

An indoor swimming pool, a variety of outdoor activities, friendly staff but there is still room for improvement in terms of facilities maintenance since this is its 10th year. Of course there are hiccups here and there but they are quite swift in addressing the issues. Unless they improve on the maintenance, I don’t foresee visiting again in the near future.
